Remember how it used to be?

When the doctor knew you. Your family. Your medical history. When you called the doctor on the day you were sick ... and you got a

quick appointment. When you were treated as a whole person, not a symptom.

It can be that way again. In fact, we¹re dedicated to it.

At Bruneau Family Care, we¹re setting new standards of healthcare in our community.

We Treat You With The Greatest Care. Bruneau Family Care is a family-run business with a simple philosophy ... treat each patient as an individual. As part of our family. Our focus.

We take great pride in this old fashioned way of practicing medicine. And we combine that with state-of-the-art technology and services.

It¹s how we deliver extraordinary care. Efficiently. Accurately. Effectively.

Our Physicians

Dr. Lara Bruneau graduated with Honors from the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey. She worked as Chief Resident for Internal Medicine and Pediatrics at Cooper Hospital where she received multiple teaching awards including the “Golden Apple” two times.  Dr. Bruneau is also a Fellow in the American College of Physicians.

Dr. Bruneau continuously provides patients in the greater Burlington and Camden counties with exceptional healthcare. Growing up here (Holy Cross class of '86), she felt it important that people have a caring environment to go to for professional healthcare. To achieve her goal she created Bruneau Family Care where she makes it a priority to give excellent service to an area that still plays an integral part of her life. Now as a mother of two, Dr. Bruneau understands family concerns and truly cares about each patient. She enhances her medical knowledge by attending several National Medical Conferences a year. Dr. Bruneau’s dedication, sincerity, and sensitivity is what makes patients return to BFC time and time again.

Outside the office Dr. Bruneau enjoys spending time with her husband and children. She is involved in the local activities of the school system and community and especially enjoys coaching her daughter’s softball and soccer teams.

Dr. Shawna Reigel graduated from the Saint Louis University School of Medicine. Previously, Dr. Reigel worked as a family physician at Family Health Center in Mullica Hill. Prior to that, she was appointed as Chief Resident at Underwood-Memorial Hospital Family Practice Center where she enjoyed working with both residents and faculty as a liaison for communication.

Dr. Reigel is licensed to practice Medicine in New Jersey and is board-certified in Family Medicine. She is affiliated with the American Academy of Family Physicians.

With her knowledge and experience, Dr. Reigel provides a professional, as well as comforting service to her patients, which is what Bruneau Family Care is all about. As a mother, she prides herself in her excellent listening skills which help her with her kids, as well as her patients. Integrating formal education with a family style, Dr. Reigel promotes the compassionate principles that patients love about Dr. Bruneau. Together, they give Bruneau Family Care the friendly neighborhood atmosphere that every patient deserves.
